1. According to your itinerary book your Ferry tickets first.
2. If you want to travel to Havelock or Neil Island on the day of Arrival then you should have 2 hour of window gap between your flight arrival and ferry departure and then book your ferry.
3. Fill in all the passenger’s details and head family details correctly and your tickets will be done within 2 hours. (This is standard operational time 10 am to 7 pm Mon to Sat).

- Check-in and Boarding counter close -20 mins prior to Departure.

- Passengers who completed 15 Days with a double dose of the vaccine have to produce final a vaccination certificate.
- Passengers who are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated should carry a hard copy of the Local (Port Blair) negative RT-PCR report done at Port Blair Airport.
- RT-PCR mandatory for children above five years to be done at Port Blair.
- Passengers must carry valid ID proof. Tickets stand invalid after the departure of the vessel.
- Reschedule the ticket is only applicable on the basis of seat availability.
- Reschedule/Cancellation of tickets before 48 hours of departure will be charged Rs.150 (Documentation charges per ticket); above 24>48 hours will be 60% will charge and 40% will be refunded within 24 hours of sailing – No Refund.
- Correction of NAME is not permitted in ticket ONCE BOOKED so please make sure of the correct name. Transferring or re-routing tickets is strictly prohibited.
- Green Ocean is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings of passengers on board.
- In case of any Cancellation of sailing due to bad weather, any technical reasons, or any other reasons Green Ocean management will have no liability for any loss that passengers may suffer.
- Green Ocean reserves the right to cancel or change the sailing schedule for any official reason.
- Any loss or damage to Green Ocean property by any passenger, the management retains the right to recover the losses so incurred by the passenger.
- The passenger hereby warrants and declares he/she including any accompanying children and/or babies in arms does not suffer from any form of major illness or ailments. The Carrier shall not be responsible for any consequences of whatsoever nature resulting from pre-carriage illness/ailments that may manifest during the course of carriage. The passenger undertakes to indemnify and hold the carrier harmless from any and all such consequences.
- This Ticket and the carriage of passenger hereunder shall be governed by Indian law, and all disputes and claims (including but not limited to claims arising out of personal injury) and the carriage of passengers shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India.
- Personal baggage allowed up to 25 kg and not exceeding 4 ft.
- Items such as knives, nail cutters, explosives, firearms, ammunition, etc are strictly prohibited onboard. Pets and animals are not allowed on board the Ferry.
